Referral Partner Program

Your clients are overpaying for technology. We fix that — and pay you when we do.

Amplifier One is the vendor-neutral IT, telecom, cybersecurity, and AI advisor your business clients wish they had. Not an MSP. Not a reseller. We're the buyer's agent for technology — and our services are free to your clients because the vendors pay our fees.

— Built for
CPAs
Accountants & fractional CFOs
CRE Brokers
Tenant rep & commercial real estate
Insurance Agents
Cyber, E&O, and commercial lines
Why your clients trust us

Built differently from every other technology vendor they've worked with.

Most technology advisors grew up in telecom sales. Amplifier One was founded by an IT operator who built infrastructure at some of the most demanding companies in the world — then went vendor-neutral so business owners would finally have someone on their side of the table.

— 01
Built by IT, not telecom
Our founder built infrastructure at Slack, Lookout, and Deloitte — not a phone company. We speak your client's language and understand what actually breaks at 2am.
— 02
Vendor-neutral by design
No allegiance to any single vendor across our 200+ portfolio of carriers, cloud, security, and software providers. Every recommendation is on the merits.
— 03
Three pillars, one advisor
Strategy and roadmap. Vendor procurement and evaluation. Full deployment oversight. One relationship for your client — not five vendor reps.
— 04
Local presence, regional reach
Headquartered in San Luis Obispo. Serving California, Arizona, and Nevada. We show up in person — your clients aren't just a ticket in a queue.
How the program works

Send us the introduction.
We do everything else.

You stay in your lane. Your client gets unbiased, operator-grade technology guidance. We keep you informed and pay you a referral commission for the life of every contract that closes.

Step 01 / Intro
You make a warm introduction
Email, text, or call. One sentence is enough — "Talk to Justin at Amplifier One, they help with this." We take it from there.
Step 02 / Discovery
We meet with your client
A 30-minute discovery call to understand their environment, contracts, and goals. No obligation, no cost, no pressure tactics.
Step 03 / Evaluation
We build the recommendation
Side-by-side vendor comparisons, pricing analysis, and a strategy document your client can defend to their board or CFO.
Step 04 / Payout
You get paid when it closes
Referral commission paid after contract activation — plus a recurring revenue share for the life of every contract.
When to send a referral

Listen for these moments in your client conversations.

If you hear any of these phrases — or recognize the underlying situation — your client is exactly who we're built to help. One introduction is enough.

"Our IT and telecom costs keep going up."
  • Telecom bill review during tax prep
  • Vendor consolidation during M&A diligence
  • New entity needs phones, internet, cloud
  • Annual budget review uncovers tech overspend
CRE Brokers hear this
"The tenant needs everything wired before move-in."
  • New office lease with build-out timeline

  • Multi-site rollout or office consolidation
  • Cabling, AV, and network design coordination
Insurance agents hear this
"The cyber renewal application is brutal this year."

  • Client failed a security questionnaire
  • Premium increase tied to security gaps
  • Client wants to lower cyber renewal cost
— What you earn

Paid up front. Paid every month after.

You earn a referral commission on every contract that closes — a one-time bonus plus a recurring revenue share for the life of the deal. No cap. No exclusivity. We structure each partnership based on your practice and the volume you send.

Some professions have rules about accepting referral compensation from vendors. We'll structure the partnership to fit your industry's requirements — or simply send your clients a thank-you another way.

Common questions

Everything you might want to ask before sending us your first referral.

Do I have to sign an exclusive agreement?
No. There's no exclusivity required and no minimum referral volume. You can send us one referral or twenty — the program works the same way. Many of our partners also have referral relationships with other firms in adjacent categories, and that's perfectly fine.
How are referral partners compensated?
Two ways. First, a one-time bonus after the referred client signs and activates a contract. Second, a recurring revenue share paid monthly for the life of any qualifying recurring contract. Exact terms are tailored to your practice — your industry's compliance rules, your typical referral volume, and the technology categories your clients most often need.
My profession has rules about accepting referral compensation. Will that be a problem?
No. We work with CPAs, attorneys, and insurance agents whose state boards or licensing bodies restrict certain forms of vendor compensation. In those cases we structure the relationship to fit your rules — that might mean a flat finder's fee where allowed, a non-cash benefit, a referral arrangement disclosed to the client, or simply a thank-you outside the compensation structure entirely. Tell us your constraints and we'll work within them.
What does my client experience after I make the introduction?
A short, polite introduction email or call within one business day. A 30-minute discovery conversation scheduled at their convenience. Zero pressure to engage further if it's not a fit. No drip campaigns, no follow-up sales sequences. We treat every referred client like the relationship that brought them to us — because that's exactly what it is.
What kinds of clients are a good fit?
Any business with technology spend — internet, phones, cybersecurity, cloud, software — that's growing, moving, consolidating, or simply tired of overpaying. Our typical engagements are with companies between 10 and 500 employees across California, Arizona, and Nevada, though we'll talk to anyone in the western United States.
Will I be kept in the loop?
As much or as little as you want. Some partners want a status update after the discovery call and then nothing else until the contract closes. Others want to be cc'd on the working document so they can speak to it with their client. Tell us your preference at sign-up and we'll follow it.
How do I get started?
Reach out via the contact page or email partners@amplifierone.com directly. We'll schedule a 20-minute conversation to walk through your practice, the kinds of referrals you'd send, and how the partnership should be structured. No contract to sign before that call.
